General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a suspicious Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will question Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) true motives in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Has Not Clued Sam McCall In On Police Business
General Hospital viewers will recall that Dante knows that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is the real person of interest in the murder of Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). General Hospital viewers will recall that Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) talked to Dante about the immunity deal for Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) as she was having surgery for her shoulder wound at General Hospital. Gladys had planned to formally recant her testimony that she saw Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) drop a gun down a garbage chute as he came out of Franco’s art studio the night Franco was killed – only who she really had seen was Peter!
This recanting of her testimony was what Jason’s freedom had hinged on, because her false testimony was the only thing holding Jason and keeping him in jail! General Hospital viewers will recall from recent episodes that when Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) became prisoners of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in a shootout at Pier 55, Jason had suddenly appeared with a gun fresh from Canada, and saved both Nikolas and Spinelli initially, but one of Cyrus’ goons wasn’t quite dead yet and took aim at Nikolas and Ava Cassadine (Maura West) who had come to the pier from the car where she was posing as a decoy. Dante arrived just in time to finish off the goon, but then took Jason back into custody!
General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall Questions Dante Falconeri’s Motives In Arresting Jason Morgan
General Hospital viewers will recall that Sam and Dante have been getting closer, but it’s kind of an oil and water type of relationship. As a private investigator, she and Dante have that detective work in common as well as their pasts with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Longtime General Hospital viewers will remember that Sam was involved with Sonny before she became involved with Jason, and Dante came on the scene not knowing at first that Sonny was his birth father, until Sonny shot him in front of Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) who very emotionally let him know he’d shot his own son!
Sonny and Dante at times have had an awkward relationship with their being on both sides of the law, and that is something he and Sam have in common too! Sam will undoubtedly be upset that Dante arrested Jason again and will be suspicious of his motives in having done so! Well, for one thing, Dante may explain, even if he had wanted to let Jason go it wouldn’t have been up to him – Jordan was right there with him as well as a bunch of uniformed cops when they went to investigate the shootout!
Dante did ask Jason was he losing his touch when he failed to take Cyrus down, who left with a bullet wound to the shoulder. Sam, not knowing the whole plan, wants to know why he would arrest Jason when he knows Peter was the one who killed Franco – she does know that much! Sam will put Dante in an awkward position when she’s a civilian and he can’t tell her everything, and that may just be his explanation to her!
