General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) might step up for her oldest Port Charles friend Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and keep a stunning secret. She might agree to take a private nursing job caring for pregnant Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) but will she know who’s the baby daddy?
General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Spills The Teakettle
In order to get Elizabeth to keep quiet about Esmé being alive and pregnant, he’ll not only have to spill his baby daddy tea but likely the whole teakettle. Considering Esmé’s the one who ruined her son Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) and his girlfriend Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) life, it’ll be a hard sell. However, it looks like Esmé may suffer a medical crisis related to her pregnancy and Liz won’t want to blame herself for another death after regaining her staircase memories.
No one would be surprised if Esmé didn’t bring on her own crisis after swinging down from the north tower of the castle on a rope made of sheets. She may not realize it right away until she starts experiencing impending miscarriage or other symptoms – she may get lucky and just break an ankle.
General Hospital Updates – Esmé Prince May Have Another Secret
There’s also a chance Esmé may have another secret, one she’s been lying about; even though she’s continued to deny being The Hook, another attack will take place. Esmé may have gotten far enough from the castle for Nikolas to prove her a suspect since the attack will take place after her sheet rope trick. Esmé could even have access to an antique typewriter up in that old storage room, although Nikolas would be hard-pressed to explain how the letter to The Invader got mailed. There’s no sign she’s made a pet of a carrier pigeon to get the letter to the right place, besides, carrier pigeons are extinct! Nikolas may be forced to tell Liz that he thinks Esmé’s The Hook which will give her pause and demand answers as to why he didn’t call the police.
Safe For Now
Of course, if Esmé is in enough of a medical crisis to need to be at GH but Nikolas has Elizabeth care for her at Wyndemere, everyone’s probably safe for now. Someone else could always still be The Hook and the attack taking place while Esmé could have done it might be a coincidence. Still, it will take a lot to convince Liz to step up if Nikolas shares his suspicions, he might lie and say he’s trying to keep Esmé safe.
Elizabeth freaked out when Cam told her that The Hook was targeting people connected to Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) trial, and Esmé was definitely connected. Elizabeth is not likely to believe any of Esmé’s excuses, so Nik might just lie and tell her Esmé’s there to keep her safe from The Hook.
