General Hospital Spoilers — Helena Cassadine Makes Our Skin Crawl And We Long For Luke Spencer

Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) is the epitome of a villain in General Hospital. We’ve watched her sell her soul repeatedly just to get her way — in true Cassadine fashion. From her obsession with Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) to her twice-over murder of Katherine Bell (Mary Beth Evans), we long for the kind of sinister plot twists that only she brought to the table. We’ve only seen Helena in hindsight and the afterlife sense since her alleged death in 2015. Did Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) really do her in — or might she be cooped up somewhere with Luke all this time as we wait for both of them to return?

GH Spoilers Hint Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks Holds Our Hearts

When Ingo Rademacher was fired from GH in November of 2021 after his religious exemption from ABC/Disney’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate was denied, hearts broke from here to Australia. While Jax has been away on business ever since, there sure are a lot of events happening in Port Charles that would normally bring him back to town — such as his daughter nearly becoming a victim of The Hook, and her cousin meeting his demise the same way. Sooner or later, ABC is going to have to make a decision about Jax, and we sure hope it’s to bring Ingo back.

General Hospital Spoilers — We Fell for Katherine Bell

While multiple GH characters have died over and over again only to come back and reprise their lives, no one has died twice the same way with as much flair as Katherine Bell (Mary Beth Evans). Her first spill off the parapet at Wyndemere was an accident. The faulty railing was rigged to be loose in hopes that Helena would plummet to her death. When Katherine fell instead, it was Helena and her experimental potion that brought Katherine back to life. Ironically, it was also Helena who killed her later by pushing her off the same parapet. Diehard GH fans miss Katherine’s sass and are hopeful that she might show up again now that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) — her nephew — has come to town.

GH Spoilers Indicate Lila McCall Could Unbreak Our Hearts

Lila McCall was born sleeping in 2004 to her mother Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). While Sam and Sonny were a short-lived fling, Sam was coupled up with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) at the time and they were prepared to name the baby Lila Morgan, after Lila Quartermaine (Anna Lee). While it’s unlikely that any angsty 18-year-old lurking around Port Charles today would turn up to be a happy and well-adjusted Lila, we’d love to see that she’s alive and well, even if she is someone villainous like Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

GH Spoilers Tease Lulu Falconeri Needs To Wake Up

Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) has been snoozing long enough. Ever since the explosion at the Floating Rib, everyone’s lives have moved on without her. Even her children don’t really mention her and it seems as if Lulu has been written out of every storyline except for Sam and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) relationship. The fans demand better for Lulu and her longtime role on the soap!

General Hospital Spoilers — Jason Morgan, Come Home

Last but certainly not least, Jason Morgan is the cherry on top of this list, and fans want him back now more than they ever did before. While his exit from the show from 2012 to 2014 kept fans on the edges of their seats believing he couldn’t possibly be gone forever, his return from 2014 to 2017 played by Billy Miller just didn’t make the cut. We love you Billy, but you’re just not Steve Burton. For the lot of us, Steve Burton and Jason Morgan are the same men, and we cannot accept another Jason Morgan returning from the dead next time.
