General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will face the fallout after their sexual romp on GH!
General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Feels Guilty
After he lost control with a very passionate Esme while locked in together in a room in Wyndemere Castle, Nikolas feels very guilty, and they almost got caught in the act! Ava Cassadine (Maura West) was looking for Nikolas and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) for Esme and arrived at the castle at the same time! As Nikolas and Ava talked about making up, Esme was out on the parapet in her underwear and Spencer was talking to Cameron Webber (William Lipton) who’d shown up unexpectedly.
Ava wanted to make up, of course, drives the guilt deeply into Nikolas’ heart and soul – if only that had happened before he slipped up! Later, he convinces Ava to leave the room with him and Esme comes in, dresses, and Spencer comes to plead his case with her and they make up!
General Hospital Updates – Nikolas Cassadine Worries About Losing Both His Wife And His Son
Nikolas, of course, worries about losing both his wife and his son forever if the truth should come out and swears Esme to silence after a family discussion. Ava had agreed to let Spencer and Esme continue to live in the castle and agreed to let Spencer have the hefty allowance from his trust fund weekly. She still can’t stand Esme but decided she loves Nikolas more than she hates Esme, and Spencer has decided to tolerate Ava and they will remain civil. But now that Esme and Spencer are back together – supposedly in a real way – Nikolas and Esme both have leverage on each other. Nikolas can threaten to tell the truth to Spencer and blame her just as much as she can threaten to tell Ava and blame him!
General Hospital Spoilers – Esme Prince Wants To Control The Narrative But Now She’s Torn
Esme definitely holds all the cards when it comes to controlling the narrative and Nikolas, but now she’s torn as well – she has gotten attached to Nikolas! The one-time sex romp likely sealed that deal even though he told her what happened between them could not ever happen again, but becoming attached really complicates things! She could definitely use this to blackmail Nikolas but on the other hand, he could also blackmail her because part of her is still attached to Spencer as well!
If she were not still attached to Spencer, his interest in and friendship with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) would not make Esme so jealous! So as much as Nikolas doesn’t want Esme to out him to Ava and Spencer, she doesn’t want him to out her to Spencer either!
It’s Complicated
Not only is Esme genuinely attached to Nikolas, he genuinely cares about her, and these feelings for each other can only complicate things further in the long run! One thing for certain, if Esme’s father, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) knew of her attachments to and feelings for Nikolas he would say she blew it. In spite of succeeding at the seduction, which he had tasked her with to break up the Cassadines, they aren’t broken up. Plus, it’s never good to become attached to an intended victim, it can make a person unsuccessful at making the person their victim!

This is a whole new low for Nicholas. The past Nicholas was never this gullible. He used to be a savvy worldly business man. Where did that Nicholas go?? Oh, that’s right, these writers got their hands on him and now he’s a gullible and weak person who has bedded his son’s girlfriend.
