General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Dr. Montague Murders Gladys, Frames Sasha!

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sasha has had to deal with constant tragedy over the last few years. Most recently, her husband Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was murdered less than a year after Sasha convinced Brando to elope while on a romantic getaway to Niagara Falls. To make matters even worse, their baby died shortly after Sasha gave birth, therefore it wasn’t surprising that Sasha relapsed.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Hit Rock Bottom As Gladys Stepped In!

Sasha is a very public figure as the Face of Deception. During the time that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was supplying her with cocaine, she overdosed and almost died. But she took her recovery seriously and worked really hard to stay clean. As she continued to get stronger, her feelings for Brando quickly grew into love. The first time they made love resulted in a surprise pregnancy. Sasha met Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) around the same time.

General Hospital Updates – Gladys Corbin And Sasha Gilmore Have Had A Rocky Road!

Gladys immediately disliked Sasha and she made it clear that she didn’t believe Sasha was good enough for her son. But Gladys and Sasha slowly began to bond during her pregnancy. By the time Sasha’s baby died and even more so after Brando’s murder, they were seemingly able to comfort each other through some of the darkest times. Gladys even offered to be Sasha’s conservator, due to the fallout from the legal issues Sasha found herself after falling off the wagon. Gladys has another addiction that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) is taking advantage of.

Gladys Corbin Has A Huge Gambling Debt!

Selina was reluctant to invite Bonnie to the high-stakes poker games she hosts in the back room at the Savoy. But she heard that Gladys was Sasha’s conservator which meant she has total control over Sasha’s wealth. Selina correctly assumed that Gladys would be thousands of dollars in debt within a very short time. To make matters worse for Gladys, Sasha believed she is now strong enough to end the conservatorship. With debt still hanging over her head, Gladys brought in another poker player, to help her enact what may be her most hateful plan yet!

Gladys Corbin’s Big Mouth Could Be The Death Of Her!

Gladys knew that Sasha would have to get a professional therapist to sign off on ending the conservatorship. She was surprised to see fellow poker player, Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) treating Sasha. He let Sasha know it would take several visits to properly assess her mental health. But instead of helping Sasha, Damon gave Sasha a combination of prescriptions that caused hallucinations in Sasha.

Sasha stabbed Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) while she was under the pills’ influence. Sasha was committed to a mental facility, with currently no idea that Gladys could go so far. Gladys will also feel guiltier by the day and may ever confess to Sasha, Damon will be furious that his meal ticket will be going away and his crimes exposed. But when Gladys refuses to change her mind, Damon could snap her neck or push her down a flight of steps. Just to keep suspicion off of himself, Damon would put suspicion on Cody then suddenly leaving town.
