General Hospital spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) needs as many allies as she can get right now. Sasha has been through so much in the past few years.
She didn’t always handle things in the best way. Sasha has a history of drug addiction and violence while under the influence. Unfortunately, those actions put Sasha in trouble with the law.
To keep herself out of prison, Sasha had to agree to set up a conservatorship, which ultimately gave Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) total control of Sasha’s finances.
General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Was Getting Stronger Every Day.
Sasha eventually went back to work at Deception and has been getting stronger every day. Sasha began dealing with all the losses of the past few years and remained sober all the while.
Sasha believed she was ready to have the conservatorship removed and petitioned the court to make that a reality. But Gladys enjoyed having control and full use of Sasha’s wealth and doesn’t want to give that up.
Gladys’ poker playing has put her in debt to Selina Wu Lydia Look). Without Sasha’s money, Gladys would have had no way to pay the money back. Selina would likely have Gladys killed.
General Hospital Updates – Gladys Corbin Has Gone Too Far!
In order to have the conservatorship removed. Sasha needed a therapist to sign off on her improved mental health. But sadly, the doctor assigned to her case in one of Gladys’ poker buddies.
Gladys and the doctor have conspired to make sure Sasha doesn’t look competent enough to have the conservatorship removed.
He gave Sasha a prescription designed to make her hallucinate. Their plan worked a little too well and Sasha stabbed Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) because she thought he was Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Sasha had a break from reality and has now been committed to Ferncliff.
Cody Bell And Brook Lynn Quartermaine Plan A Great Escape!
Cody doesn’t believe Sasha had a true break from reality. He knows Gladys doesn’t have Sasha’s best interest at heart and correctly believes she drugged Sasha to keep control of Sasha’s money.
But Gladys made sure Cody wasn’t allowed to see Sasha. Look for Cody to enlist Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in a very risky plan.
Cody and Brook Lynn decide that the only way to prove Sasha was drugged is to have her blood work done, but not while she is in Ferncliff and Gladys can alter them. So, look for Cody and Brook Lynn to plan Sasha’s great escape!
