General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Anna Determined – Can She Convince Valentin To Let Her Be Part Of The Victor Takedown Op?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be determined to finish the plan to take down Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Will she be able to convince Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and her doctors that she’s up to the task, and can rejoin the takedown operation?
General Hospital Spoilers – More Determined Than Ever
Anna may be down, but she’s far from out, and she’s more determined than ever to be on the front lines of the action when Victor’s taken down for good. Anna was horrified to find out that Victor had kidnapped Spencer Cassadine, (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) Liesl Obrecht, (Kathleen Gati), and even the baby, Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay). Anna may not be a big fan of Liesl, but she knows she was to have donated her bone marrow to save Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) life and now cannot.
Time is of the essence and she doesn’t want Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) going up against the Cassadines alone. Even if Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and the WSB are backing them up, it’s still a dangerous game-Victor still has allies in the WSB!
General Hospital Updates – Valentin Cassadine Willing To Sit This One Out
Valentin’s willing to sit this one out if it means leaving Anna to recuperate on her own – he wants to take Victor out himself, but Anna’s survival is more important. That’s why he is by her side night and day, other than the fact that he loves her – he cannot trust that Victor doesn’t have plans to finish the job. Victor’s associates were watching Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) house and knew when Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was alone, and easily breached The Metro Court’s security. When Anna expresses interest in going with Curtis, Drew, and Felicia to the spot on Drew’s map that he thinks is where Operation Demeter was Valentin says no! Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) had written the coordinate marks down while he still had the Ice Princess necklace and he verified the spot-Anna’s insistent she and Valentin need to go.
Nag, Nag, Nag
Valentin and Anna in essence start nagging each other about the pros and cons of Anna and he joining Drew, Curtis, Felicia, and possibly others on the op. She trusts Felicia, Robert isn’t going because of his Port Charles District Attorney duties and she trusts Drew and Curtis, but what they’re proposing is dangerous. Look what happened with Lucy Coe, (Lynn Herring) regretting they used her to try and charm Victor’s secrets out of him; true, the others aren’t Lucy!
The two finally agree to stay behind and help Robert and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) monitor and communicate with the rescue and takedown party long-distance. That’s with the caveat if they are needed in person they’ll join them there anything to get the hostages back-first priority-and take down Victor.
