General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Alexis Unearths A Connection Between The Hook And Someone She Knows — But Who?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is about to discover who is behind The Hook, and she will struggle to believe it’s actually someone quite close to her. All of this time Alexis has spent trying to discern who The Hook might be, she never imagined it would be someone she has regular conversation with and has welcomed into her home. When she realizes who might be behind it, she’s going to be rattled to her core.

Will she act on what she knows and turn them in, or is she going to go rogue and confront them on her own? Let’s hope Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is still in her corner as the mother to one of his children, because this confrontation might leave the Invader Editor-in-Chief in dire straits.

General Hospital Spoilers — Could It Be Gregory Chase?

Alexis has been getting pretty chummy with Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). They’ve worked together to investigate The Hook for months now; so it wouldn’t be a huge shock if this storyline diverged into him leading her off course the entire time just to cover himself.

Still, Gregory wouldn’t have much of a reason to attack people close to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and he hasn’t that many connections in Port Charles that would even tie him to anyone in another way. Besides, the police are pretty confident that The Hook is a female, based on the letter sent to Alexis a couple of months ago.

General Hospital Updates – A Cassadine Would Make For A Good Suspect

Could it have been a lie that The Hook is a woman? Perhaps, and it would make sense if The Hook is someone personally connected to Alexis that they would want to throw her off of their trail. Still, the stature and form of The Hook has also led those who have survived their attacks to believe it was likely a woman. That doesn’t leave much room to consider a Cassadine like Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) or Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) as The Hook.

What if they have others working for them, though? Would it make sense that Nikolas is behind The Hook killings, even though he was attacked in his own living room where there was no proof or witness to such? Was someone close to figuring him out and they were trolling him and throwing it in his face that they knew?

Molly Lansing Davis Might Be The Hook?

The most likely connection to Alexis hits a bit closer to home — with her daughter, Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos). Molly has been working for the D.A. in Port Charles for a while now, and it’s been a recurring theory since The Hook attacks first began that the A.D.A. — Jennifer Arden (Jennifer Field) — could have been behind them. If that’s the case, we won’t likely know what her motive is, nor what her connection is to Trina, until the truth comes out entirely.

If the A.D.A. is steering this ship, Molly may have been doing some of her bidding as well. Is this why T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Trina are suddenly sharing scenes and building a relationship as future family members who confide in one another, and why T.J. and Molly suddenly have scenes emphasizing their non-marital bliss once again?
