Kirsten Storms Offers “Maxie Jones” Update
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Maxie Jones has been off canvas since the summer, as the character is in a coma and resting at a facility in Boston.
Storms’s hiatus was due to the actress relocating from Los Angeles to Nashville, as well as requiring brain surgery for a condition she has.
The actress recently hopped on social media to provide an update for fans. Storms relayed in a video that after meeting with her new neurosurgeon, she’ll be holding off on brain surgery for now, and she extended holiday well wishes to her followers.
In her message, Storms added that, “… mmmaaayybbbeee you will be seeing me back in Port Charles soon.” Could Maxie reappear in PC sooner rather than later? Here’s hoping!
Brad Cooper’s Return
Much to the delight of many GH viewers, Brad Cooper is officially back in the land of Port Charles. Brad returned last week and reunited with his best friend, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). General Hospital fans can expect to see him during the Tuesday, December 30 show as Britt celebrates her birthday. How much more trouble will these two get into? Only time will tell.
Additional Casting Notes
Recurring player, Nazneen Contractor, will get more screen time during the week December 29-January 2 as Port Charles’s ADA, Justine Turner, continues with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting case. Justine will share scenes with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on the Monday, December 29 episode and talk about the case with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) on Friday, January 2.
