General Hospital spoilers for the week of May 27, 2024 reveal that there are a few comings and goings to be aware of. Fans said an emotional goodbye to fan-favorite Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison).
That will lead to Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) new storyline. Plus, Santa Barbara veteran Lane Davies has reprised the role of attorney Fergus Byrne, the brother of Neil Byrne (last played by Joe Flanigan).

Gregory Chase’s Death
GH spoilers for the week of May 27 reveal that everyone will still be stunned and saddened over Gregory’s death. The character was fighting ALS and lost his battle in his sleep.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) questioned Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) about Gregory’s death. Stella said there were no seizures or other symptoms that indicated Gregory was going to pass away so soon.
Tracy asked if there would be an autopsy, which Stella said no. Tracy dropped it, but we have to wonder why she was asking these questions.
Soon, there will likely be a funeral or memorial service for Gregory. Now, that is leading Finn to struggle. While Finn only had a few sips of booze, Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) made Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) suspect it was much worse. So, that could be Finn’s next challenge.

Comings and goings for the week of May 27 reveal that fans will continue to see Fergus. Fans watched as Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) debated Fergus at her hearing. Alexis admits to perjuring herself, but it’s where that matters.
Expect to see more of Fergus. That will lead to another story arc for Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Curious Casting Call
General Hospital spoilers for the week of May 27 reveal there is also an intriguing casting call. According to SoapHub, there is a casting call for “Tyler.”
The character description is a white male, aged mid-30s. The casting call mentions Tyler is handsome, charming, and can be manipulative.
