General Hospital comings and goings reveal that a fan favorite couple is back and more the week of October 6 -10.
A soap superstar is on for a short arc and possible return. A fan favorite couple returns. Keep reading to see who’s back, who’s new and who’s out the door this week on General Hospital.
A Character Finally Revealed
After speculation since her character was announced, fans know that Erika Slezak will be playing Veronica “Ronnie” Bard, sister to the late Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson).
Fans remember Slezak from her long time run on One Live To Live. Ronnie is there for the reading of Monica’s will. Slezak has already wrapped up taping but the door has been left open for a possible retun later.
Wally Kurth is back as Ned Quartermaine and Lisa LoCicero as Olivia Quartermaine. Ned and Olivia are there for the reading of the will as well. It seems that the family is shocked by what happens with that will reading.
Chris McKenna is also back as Jack Brennan. Jack has some rather intense scenes with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Of course, Jason found out about Josslyn’s ISA job when he was trying to save Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and had to save Josslyn and her partner as well.
With the reading of Monica’s will it only stands to reason that her sister could be back in the future. There are also hints that Ronnie could be mixed up with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) as well. Is Drew responsible for the sister that no one knew Monica had? Did Drew tamper with Monica’s will to get his hands on the Quartermaine mansion?
As you can see, several favs are only on the reoccurring and not contract list at GH.
The recurring cast includes such names as Josh Kelly as Cody Bell, Bradford Anderson as Damian Spinelli, Michael Knight as Martin Grey, Vernee Watson as Stella Henry, Lynn Herring as Lucy Coe, Wally Kurth as Ned Quartermaine, Finn Carr as Rocco Falconeri, Van Hansis as Dr. Lucas Jones, Cosette Abinante as Scout Quartermaine, Asher Antonyzyn as Danny Morgan, Rick Hearst as Ric Lansing andLisa LoCicero as Olivia Quartermaine, among others.
The large cast carried by General Hospital is the reason why a lot of people leave and return.
As you can tell, this includes most of the children on the show as well as several adult favorites. .
