General Hospital has found their Alexis Davis, for a short time at least. Actress Stephanie Era has stepped in for actress Nancy Lee Grahn who has been portraying the daughter of the late Prince Mikkos and Opera Singer Kristin Bergman since 1996.
Nancy Lee Grahn Recovering From Surgery
Stephanie Erb will replace Nancy Lee Grahn for the week of April 25th as Grahn is currently tending to a medical condition. Grahn has revealed she suffers from a back problems that has caused tremendous pain. She will undergo back surgery with needed recovery time.
“My dear #GHers. All’s well sweet ones. Out for a bit. Stephanie is a champ. Be back soon. xoxo,” Grahn tweeted to her General Hospital fans, reassuring them she will return soon.
The General Hospital family and fans have all wished Nancy Lee Grahn luck and a quick recovery. Meanwhile, the 58-year-old Erb will step in for Grahn. Soap Opera fans may recall seeing the actress previously years back in the soap Port Charles. She starred as Camille before the death of her character.
Alexis Davis Is In Grave Danger
Since then Stephanie Erb has gone on to star in NICIS, True Blood, Weeds on Showtime, and more. Erb has already stepped into her role full force, sharing an injury her character Alexis Davis has sustained from Harmony (played by Inga Cadranel).
As General Hospital fans know, Alexis and Carly Corinthos (played by Laura Wright) are in danger with Harmony out of her mind. Harmony is responsible for the death of Neil Byrne (played by Joe Falanigan). She’s dangerous and is sure to put Alexis and Carly through hell in several upcoming episodes of General Hospital.
