General Hospital Cameron Mathison Offers Special Shoutout To Longtime Fan
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Drew Cain is a terrible human being; however, his portrayer seems to be the complete opposite of his character. Cameron Mathison may have a busy schedule, but recently he took the time to give a special shoutout to a longtime fan.
Cameron Mathison’s Nice Message
Mathison hopped on Instagram and reposted something from a fan who has followed his career throughout the years. Uploading the post to his IG Story, Cameron wrote the headline, “Donna, OMG” (with a cute-face emoji).
The original Instagram post was from a beloved fan of his, Donna – @dmb616. She uploaded a collage of photos from when she met Mathison over the years. Her caption read, “28 years ago, I met Cameron at his first fan event when he came on All My Children! And I have been a fan since.”
She added, “A lot has happened over the years. I ran his fan club for years after that. Cameron is happily married with 2 beautiful children, and I could not be happier for him.”
Donna ended the caption with, “I am glad we still keep in touch because that means a lot to me. Thanks, Cameron Mathison, for all the 😃 you have put on that face to make my face 😃!! 💕 😘 🤗”
Cameron replied to this post too, with: Donna❤️❤️❤️

Cameron’s Drew Backlash
Cameron seems like a really nice person, especially taking the time to not only respond to his fans, but send out a special IG shoutout as he did! Unfortunately, Cameron has gotten backlash for his Drew Cain role in the past, but if viewers hate Drew (which most do), it sounds like Cameron is doing a flawless job portraying the villain.
Still, no one should be lashing out at Cameron, personally. He’s living his best life, and one part of that means being on a soap opera and doing what he loves (and doing it VERY well) … acting!
