General Hospital (GH) star Chris McKenna (Jack Brennan) on the ABC daytime show used to sometimes chat about things in life while he was driving. Well, he started it up again after a long time. As he said, “it’s the new year,” so he dished on social media which fans liked.
‘Driving Thoughts’ With Chris
If you recall, back in the day, Sister Wives star Christine Brown Woolley used to do her “Car Confessions.” Well, Chris did something similar called “driving thoughts.” Obviously, he was in his car going somewhere.
The real Jack Brennan, much like Cameron Matheson (Drew Cain), told his GH fans on Instagram that he’d been unwell over the holidays. Even “little baby Spencer had a cold.” The entire family felt sick. Next, Chris explained that they visited Sweden and “got everybody there sick.”
Getting Sick Twice
When they returned, they were in Connecticut and finally, they “all got better.” Unfortunately, something went wrong again, and he explained, “the other day, my wife said, ‘I think I’ve got a cold.'” So, Chris McKenna felt down about that, saying, “there’s no way that is happening.”
Rather unsympathetic, and in character with Jack Brennan, Chris thought that she was just “being dramatic.” Well, now he’s got another “cold” and he isn’t too happy about it. As everyone knows, colds can be so annoying, interfering with breathing; it kept him “up half the night.”
He’d Been Filming
Of course, that didn’t help with acting for General Hospital. Probably, Chris was driving home from the set because he said, “I coughed my way through the scene.” So, he warned his GH fans that they might hear some of that when they watched.
While Chris McKenna didn’t drop any spoilers, he did tell his ABC fans that they are “fun scenes.” He said that filming happened “in the WSB office.” Carefully, he mentioned shooting with a “legacy character.” Giving a hint, he told his fans that it wasn’t “Carly” (Laura Wright).
A New Actor Sounds Fun
Getting more mysterious, he also talked about “scenes with a new character.” And, he told fans that ABC viewers don’t know them yet. However, fans will soon see them on the show. Little else came, but he did say that it’s gonna be “very exciting.”
Whoever that person is, it seems like they had a “fun” time apart from all the coughing. He wrapped it up by telling his followers that he now has to “meet a friend for lunch, and he’d better not make him sick.”
Keeping Fans Guessing
In the comments section, many people hoped that Chris gets well soon. And naturally, others asked who the scene was with. But, there wasn’t any chance of spoilers being dropped. For now, everyone will just have to wait and see what happens.
