Cameron Mathison Reveals His Most Unusual Fan Ever

On Sunday, Cameron took to his Instagram account and shared some photos of himself. In it, he thanked @dmb616 for locating the old pictures that were taken in 1998.

In his long caption, the General Hospital star explained that he’d gone to a mall to sign “autographs.” That’s when a man approached him and told him that “his horse” was a huge fan.

As you can imagine, Mathison felt a bit “confused.” So, his fan explained a bit more. Cameron Mathison related how the story played out. He wrote, “He said that there is a TV in his barn and every time I come on the screen, his horse really perks up.”

Everyone Went To Look

Not only was the horse the biggest fan ever, but the fan even took his horse to the event. Intrigued, Mathison said, “I told everybody we got to see this and brought everyone in line out into the parking lot…and I got to meet my biggest fan.”

The fan had brought the horse along in a horsebox, but Cameron admitted, “He didn’t look all that excited to meet me.”

A Long Time Ago

1998 is a long time ago, so the photos showed a much younger Cameron Mathison. Back then, he wasn’t on General Hospital, but he had started in daytime soaps. According to US Weekly, “He’d already aired his first episode on ABC’s All My Children as Ryan Lavery in January of that year.”

He was also in the Miramax movie 54 where he had a small role.
