General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) mystery stalker wants Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) out of the picture—literally.
Is the Grim Reaper stalking the football hero? At the end of the August 3 episode, Trina’s stalker digitally removed Kai from a pic with Trina. Poof—just like that he was gone, and now fans are speculating that the same could happen in real life.

The photogate incident may have foreshadowed the departure of Kai and curiously it happened right after music producer Simon (Grady Eldridge) met with Kai, Trina, and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
Simon was displeased to learn that Kai is Trina’s boyfriend and he huffed out of the meeting with his feathers ruffled.
Is Kai a Goner?
Simon wants to market Gio and Trina as a musical couple who are in love, a PR move he thinks sets them up for success.
But if Simon is the stalker, would he want Trina to be with Gio? It makes more sense that he would want her for himself.
It could that the stalker is someone we haven’t met yet, or it could be Quinn (Jequan Jackson), Kai’s buddy.
Is Quinn the Stalker?
Quinn reappeared recently after hating on Trina. He apologized to her but that doesn’t mean he was sincere. It seems too convenient to have Trina’s stalker storyline coincide with Quinn and Simon’s appearances.
What we do know is that the stalker is obsessed with Trina. He has a picture shrine of her and removing Kai from Trina’s photo felt ominous.
Who is Stalking Trina?
Kai helped Trina get over the death of Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) but many fans see him as mere friend material. Kai is a good-hearted gentleman who has shown he will do the right thing when called upon.
If Trina were in danger, he is the kind of person who would risk his own life to save her.
Are Kai and Trina Doomed?
Tons of fans would love to see Spencer come back to town and getting rid of Kai could facilitate that. To be clear, the show has made no mention of Spencer returning as a recast or otherwise.
