General Hospital Comings & Goings July 27-31: Multiple Characters Exit, Actor Off Contract, Debuts

General Hospital spoilers hint at some bombshells during the week of July 27-31, as well as some explosive casting news to report! Find out who’s coming and who’s going from the ABC soap over the next five days, below.

General Hospital fans were completely blown away this week when the ABC soap wrote out Maxie Jones, Damian Spinelli, and their entire family.

Maxie called Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to let him know that she and her family were leaving Port Charles and headed to Australia. As such, Maxie sold her share of Deception to her friend.

As fans know, Maxie is played by Kirsten Storms, who’s dealing with some personal issues right now and cannot be on set to film.

This means that Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli), as well as Gary James Fuller (James West), Lily Fisher (Georgie Spinelli), and twins Riley and Miley Plonski (Bailey Lou Jones), are all exiting storylines, too.

Speaking of James, Easton Winn, who temporarily filled in for Gary James Fuller as the little boy these past few weeks. The young actor has also concluded his time with the ABC soap.

Lastly, as per the credits on the Friday, July 24 episode, it appears that Nathan Dean, who plays Ethan Lovett, is off contract.

Dean reprised this role in April of this year. This doesn’t necessarily mean that Ethan is leaving storylines or Port Charles, it just means he’ll be appearing on canvas in a recurring role when needed.

Multiple Debuts

General Hospital fans were happy to see Kayden Brenna Tokarski debuted as the new Scout Cain during the Monday, July 20 episode. Scout is all grown up, and ready to stir up the teen scene, so it’ll be interesting to see how she plays a role in all the PC drama.

In addition, fans can brace for two debuts this coming week on Thursday, July 30. Kelly Kruger will step into the shoes of Serena Baldwin recast, as Troy Lennon Appel enters the new role of Hudson, a mysterious businessman looking for a specific resident in Port Charles.
