General Hospital Spoilers: Michael and Jordan’s Explosive Chemistry Threatens Curtis’ Happiness
General Hospital spoilers reveal an interesting scene during the Wednesday, July 22 episode that saw Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) interact with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).
Was this just an innocent run-in at the gym, or a chemistry test between the two characters? Let’s talk about it!
The Burn Factor
General Hospital spoilers note that while there was no flirting between Jordan and Michael, it did feel as if ‘something’ was there between them. Jordan confided in Michael about her trauma post-car collision and asked if he could put in a good word for her at the burn clinic he went to.
As fans know, the exclusive facility in Germany is hard to get into, and Michael was admitted thanks to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) organizing it all.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) offered Jordan a pass into the clinic to help her with her scars but wanted some assistance with his charges in return.
Jordan was not willing to sacrifice her morals to help the villain and criminal. With that said, Michael stated that he’s still in contact with some of the doctors and staff, and relayed he’d see what he could do.
In addition, Michael told Jordan that if she needed someone to talk to, he’d always be available. After all, he knows firsthand what she’s going through. Could they bond over their respective burn injuries and traumas?
A Sizzling Romance Shatters Port Charles
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Michael are quite chummy, so if Michael hooked up with his girlfriend, this would flip Curtis’ world upside down.
Then again, could Curtis navigate closer to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) now that Desmond Robinson Ashford (Yirah Aviah) has arrived? It might be that Jordan and Curtis drift apart, which has her leaning on Michael.
Still, if Michael and Jordan did jump into a romance, this would still rub Curtis the wrong way. Michael owns Auroa Media, the company that Curtis runs, so that would provide plenty of awkward moments considering Curtis was #TeamMichael when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had his affair with Michael’s wife, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
To further complicate the situation, Michael knows who the ‘other’ car driver in Jordan’s crash is: his cousin, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). This could cause some stickiness between him and Jordan, if they were ever to dive into something.
