General Hospital spoilers suggest that Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) excitement to see Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be derailed.
During the week of July 20, the two will stumble into each other at the hospital. While Britt will be overjoyed to see her boyfriend, he may not feel the same.
Britt Westbourne Is Excited
General Hospital’s preview for the week of July 20-24 reveals a clip where Jason is strolling into the hospital via the sliding doors. Britt is on the other side and beams as soon as she sees Jason.
Britt will be over the moon to know that Jason was released by the WSB and back home to her, his family, loved ones, and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
Still, will Jason feel the same way? As fans know, summer previews indicate that Jason has changed since his stay at the WSB prison in Jakarta. This was evident by his return during the Monday, July 13 show.
It’s clear that this latest “adventure” has truly woken Jason up to the fact that he can no longer dabble in danger. He may have never seen Danny ever again had Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) not worked out a deal with the WSB to have him released.
Jason Morgan’s Rejection
It’s important for fans to remember that one of Britt’s stipulations when she and Jason reunited was that she’d become his top priority. Meanwhile, Jason made it clear to Danny that moving forward, Danny was his one and only focus.
There’s a good chance that Jason tells Britt they can’t have a romantic reunion, as he needs to make Danny is only priority. Jason may let Britt down gently and tell her that he simply has no time for a romance and wants to make things right with his son.
Then again, will Jason coldly reject Britt in the hospital? He may resent the woman, after all. Britt wasn’t to blame for what happened at the pier between him, Cullum, and Rocco; however, had he not been so bent on ‘saving’ Britt, he would not have been in that position at all.
