General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) may ask Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to investigate Cassius Faison’s (Ryan Paevey) passing.

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, July 3, hint that WSB Head, Z (John Oliver), told Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that Cassius passed away; however, viewers aren’t sure if this is the case.
After all, during Liesl’s visit to the PCPD jail that day, she wasn’t aware that her son was dead while talking to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Why wouldn’t the WSB tell Cassius’s mom about her son’s demise right away?
This screams WSB cover-up… and possible Cassius return! Plus, actor Ryan Paevey even recently hinted at this when he reposted an Instagram story from Justiceponderinc about Cassius’ demise.
The words, “Only time will tell….” Graced the IG post, so there’s always a chance Cassius returns to PC, sooner rather than later.
Liesl Obrecht Is A Smart Cookie
Liesl will approach Anna at some point this coming week, asking for a favor.
She will eventually find out about Cassius’ death, but considering how brilliant she is, will she realize something is off when she learns about his demise?
Maybe it’s how the information is presented to her, or something about the health information she’s given.
It’s important to remember that Liesl knows a lot about WSB protocol, so she may feel like something is suspicious.
In terms of health information, she’s a doctor, so if the intel she’s given is not right, she may think something is wrong.
With that said, while Anna has been released from her French mental health facility, fans know she’s not exactly sane.
Her Peter August (Wes Ramsey) hallucination during the end of the Thursday, July 2 show, laid that idea to rest, and it’s clear, she’s still struggling with “fiction” versus “fact”.
If Liesl approaches Anna for help, will the woman agree to it? Could it trigger Anna to do something terrible?
Maybe this is a way for Anna to trap Liesl for a nefarious plan she has, as she’s not 100% mentally stable. Only time will tell.
