General Hospital spoilers for the next 2 weeks suggest some curveballs. There will be some fierce warnings and villains going down. Plus, secrets get exposed.

We might also see some changed alliances. So, let’s get started talking about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Nina Reeves’ Deal

Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s chat about what is happening from June 1 to 5, 2026. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) ends up going to Turning Woods.

Once she is in Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) room, she makes a promise. The woman says that Jack isn’t going to get out of this situation without her help. 

Lucas Jones’ Alliance

Over with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), he meets Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Sonny has a plan to get Pascal (Marc Forget) to turn on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). 

While Laura worries Pascal is too loyal, Lucas can help them out with that. Lucas explains that they aren’t going to succeed without his help. However, this could land him in grave danger as well.

Week of June 1, 2026

In the upcoming week, we will also see Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) bamboozle Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

That sounds like Willow might get even closer to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has already busted the two in a close moment, although it was innocent. Michael might not have to try much harder before these former flames land in bed.

Once BLQ finds out that Michael was instrumental in setting up the affair, I’m not sure if she will forgive him. 

Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) also gets a warning while Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) shares good news. It sounds like Ethan will be confronted about being the father of Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) baby. 

Ethan might get a warning not to intercept the adoption. However, the man will insist that he has zero objections.

Plus, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) faces Pascal in captivity.

Next 2 Weeks

General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 8 reveal that we might see more of Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Rocco mentioned wanting to know about when Britt raised him as a baby.

So, we could see Britt share some memories. However, I do worry about when it’s safe for Rocco to come home. What if he decides to stay with Britt until the very end? 

We could also begin to see both Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Sidwell’s downfalls. So, stay tuned for those storylines to begin wrapping up.
