General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has been doing plenty of good deeds to go along with the terrible acts she’s secretly committing. Willow has become the go-to person lately when it comes to asking for favors that require pulled strings.
GH fans know Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has gone to Willow for help twice lately – once to secure foster parent status and then a second time for adoption assistance. Willow was happy to repay Chase for everything he’s done for her.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is the latest Port Charles resident to seek a favor from Willow. After Laura explained Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) drama, she asked Willow to advocate for Anna with the French authorities and get her sent to a privately run facility.

Willow surprised Laura by showing compassion for Anna and her family. Furthermore, Willow didn’t hold Anna’s investigation during the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooter mystery against her.
Laura seemed relieved when Willow insisted Anna was just doing her job. Willow even praised Anna and Laura for their roles in helping her in Greenland, so Laura was beaming with gratitude by the end of their conversation.
Willow got on the phone right away, so now Laura seems to be buying the Saint Willow act that Congresswoman Cain is putting on.
However, Willow’s good deeds don’t cancel out the other awful things she’s doing – like drugging Drew into a state of paralysis and sending Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) off to do the same thing to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

It seems like Willow likes to present this image of being an amazing person on the surface while she’s someone else entirely behind closed doors.
At some point, Willow’s charade is going to crumble, so that could lead to trouble for Laura and Chase now that they’ve relied on her for favors. Willow might spin the situation back on Chase and Laura if she somehow ropes them into covering up her crimes.
Regardless, Laura and Chase will surely see the real Willow eventually! It could lead to regrets about leaning on Willow for assistance and bending the rules, so stay tuned to see if Chase and Laura’s requests might blow up in their faces.
