General Hospital Spoilers: Phoebe What Drives BrookLynn And Ethan Together?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that baby Phoebe Wilson (uncredited) may ultimately drive BrookLynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) into Ethan Lovett’s (Nathan Dean) arms.
There’s a possibility that Ethan could be the baby’s father, although it’s yet unconfirmed-but it’s obvious he had strong feelings for Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone).
BrookLynn’s Adoption Hopes Could Be Dashed If Ethan’s Phoebe’s Birth Father
Ethan has been absent from Port Charles for several years; we have no clue what he has been doing during that time.
Of course, aside from being rescued from human slavery by Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) a few years ago.
However, we do know he intended to reunite with Delilah Wilson, and during a conversation with BrookLynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he met Phoebe, only to discover that Delilah had passed away.
He managed to keep his composure until he got back to Pier 55, where he emotionally burned a Polaroid picture of her.
It’s easy to imagine he’s baby Phoebe’s birth father, given how emotional he was-and the fact that the photo showed Delilah blowing a kiss.
Baby Phoebe Has Many Scorpio And Spencer Connections
If Ethan is Phoebe’s father, that would also mean that Phoebe is the granddaughter of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).
Considering Sasha Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford), Holly certainly has a lot of grandchildren for someone who never wanted to have kids! Prior to Ethan’s return to Port Charles, BrookLynn took the initiative to foster Phoebe, believing she could eventually adopt her-if Ethan is revealed to be the father, it will complicate BrookLynn’s intentions.
We can envision BrookLynn seeking Grandma Tracy’s help to persuade her stepson to relinquish his daughter to Tracy’s granddaughter.
However, Ethan is a schemer; he understands how to navigate every situation, and the most advantageous move for him is to assert his rights to his child.
Could BrookLynn Throw Herself At Ethan, Considering She Can’t Part With The Baby?
If Ethan decides to take Phoebe away from Brook Lynn, it’s highly likely that she won’t be able to part with the little one.
She will feel an overwhelming urge to stay near Ethan, guiding him on how to properly care for Phoebe.
In fact, Brook Lynn might become so frantic about the situation that she could end up throwing herself at Ethan, all in an effort to remain close to what she considers to be “her” daughter.
This raises an important question regarding the implications for her marriage to Chase (Josh Swickard). Are we entering a love triangle scenario-or, perhaps a quad, considering Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) plot to hook Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) up with Chase?
