General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of February 2, 2026. It shows Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) announcing that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is still alive.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seems to be hallucinating Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). Plus, Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) makes another horrifying move. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.
Cesar Faison Revelation
Let’s start off with Jason. The right-hand man just learned some intel from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). It’s shocking that Faison could still be alive.
At the same time, Anna is also being played with mentally in captivity. There were also some treatments that made Anna even worse. It was after that phlebotomy treatment that she started hearing Faison’s voice.
Jason tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Faison is still alive.
Anna Devane’s Psychosis
Speaking of Anna, she seems to be hallucinating someone. Just like with the Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) situation, Felicia Scoprio (Kristina Wagner) might not really be there. Anna begs and plead s with Felicia to get her out of there. However, Felicia just stands and smiles, so I don’t think it’s really her.
Alexis Davis’ Mediation
General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 2 reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) meets with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Willow. It appears to be some kind of mediation, but I’m not sure if everything will go smoothly.
What Else to Expect
As for what else to expect in the upcoming week, Willow confides in Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). The nurse explains that she begged Michael for peace.
We also see Willow hand something to Alexis. Then, there is a shot of a strange look from Ric Lansing (Ric Hearst).
Willow Tait Cain’s Evil Chapter
If fans thought they had seen Willow’s bad side, just wait. It seems that when Willow doesn’t get her way, she will take it out on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). At the end of the preview clip, Willow tells her locked-in husband, “Time for something stronger.”
I wonder how long Willow will torture Drew for, and when people will find out. On one hand, Drew deserves everything he gets.
