General Hospital Spoilers: Will Trina and Kai Take Willow Down to Save Michael?
General Hospital spoilers boast Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) are faced with a difficult decision.
Watching Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) walk out of the courtroom and hearing her phone go off as Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) called her — playing Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star — was all the evidence they needed to know it was Willow who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
With court scheduled to reconvene the next day, this young couple has the weight of the world on their shoulders as they embark on trying to decide who should pay for this crime: the woman who did it, or possibly someone else.
Neither of them were particularly keen on anyone having to pay the price for shooting Drew because they dislike him that much, but is there risk in letting Willow go free?
Bless That Mess
Kai and Trina could decide it’s none of their business to come forward now and upend everything. Idle curiosity could make them wonder why Willow would shoot Drew and then take him back and marry him, and go to such lengths to defend and stand by him.
But at the end of the day, Trina may be content that neither of her parents are at risk of being blamed for shooting him.
After all that has transpired, that’s a relief she won’t want to give up. She could push Kai to let the chips fall where they may here since they know it’s not Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) who shot Drew.
GH Spoilers Squeal Willow’s Testimony Was Gold
On the other hand, the chips falling where they may sounds a bit more secure if there was any reassurance that they were going to fall with Willow being convicted of shooting her husband. But Willow’s testimony closed out the trial.
With final arguments pending, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is sure to deliver a well-composed piece of theatre that might make the jurors think they aren’t convinced Willow is guilty after all.
If she isn’t, then the PCPD and District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) will be looking for someone else to pin this crime on.
Blowing the Whistle
Picture Alexis and Justine both delivering closing remarks just for Trina and Kai to burst into the courtroom claiming they have new evidence and shutting the whole thing down.
Risking being in contempt of court, the words that come out of their mouths might stun the judge, jurors, and everyone else involved.
If they claim they can prove Willow was in the house that night, it’s going to look like game over in front of the jury. Still, the proper investigative process has to ensue.
But making sure Willow goes away for this is the only way to ensure the police won’t come after Michael — which is what Trina wanted in the first place. Decisions, decisions. Which way will they go? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
