General Hospital Spoilers: Ric Puts Sasha On The Stand, Wants Truth About Her Baby’s Paternity
Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) has been ordered to testify in the custody case between Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), and the summons has left her more than a little worried.
She told Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about it, and he reassured her that it is probably just because she lives on the Qs estate and Michael’s attorney just wants to know what she has seen or overheard. Sasha has hoped that’s all it is, and not about the huge secret that she has been keeping.
Sasha And Jason Have Covered For Michael For Months
Last October, Sasha and Michael bumped into each other at a bar and ended the night drunk and in a room at the Metro Court. His marriage was crumbling when Sasha found out that she was pregnant, and she convinced him to allow her to raise their baby alone.
News of Sasha’s pregnancy first leaked out a few months later, while Michael was at a German burn clinic healing from injuries.
It was clear that a custody battle was in the cards, so Sasha pretended that Jason was the father of her baby so that her pregnancy wouldn’t impact Michael’s fight for his children.
Port Charles residents have been shocked at the thought of Sasha and Jason having a child, but they have believed it until now.
Nina Tells Ric The Truth About Sasha’s Baby
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been desperate to help Willow hang on to her children, and in a stroke of pure luck, she stumbled onto the hunch that Michael might be the father of Sasha’s baby.
In a matter of minutes, Nina was able to confirm the likelihood of her hunch, and she will run that information straight to Willow’s attorney, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).
Ric had no clue when he first required Sasha to testify that she would turn into his star witness against Michael. Ric loves to put on a great show in court, and he is about to have a field day demolishing Sasha in order to make Michael look like a cheating husband.
At the very least, this information will certainly level the playing field between Willow and Michael. But what will the stress of this reveal do to Sasha and the health of her baby?
