General Hospital Spoilers: Did Someone Have A Fake Gun Made To Exonerate Alexis, And If So, Who?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease the gun delivered amidst a fake bomb scare could be a fake gun, made to exonerate Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
All that matters is that it doesn’t match bullets from John “Jagger” Cates’ (Adam J. Harrington) body, to get her off the hook and protect Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi)!
General Hospital Spoilers: They Knew Exactly What They Were Doing!
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) evacuated the PCPD when a bomb threat was found-K9 officers picked up explosives residue on the package left anonymously. Whoever left it intended to create a distraction so their identity would remain secret, and also knew explosives residue would be picked up on by bomb-sniffing dogs.
They also knew the PCPD building inside and out, and the one blind spot where they wouldn’t be picked up by cameras-it had to be someone very familiar with the building.
Later, Chase will talk to Anna about the situation-they have no choice but to exonerate Alexis, once the forensics are done. Chase, however, is suspicious of the manner the gun was left and the motives-and tells Anna they knew exactly what they were doing!
GH Spoilers: Had To Be Someone With Expertise And Knowledge Of The Case
Of course, whoever planted “the bomb” had to be someone with expertise and knowledge of the case-but all that is required is that it fail a ballistics match.
That automatically disqualifies it as the murder weapon, but the person also had to know exactly the type of gun Alexis threw in the river-that doesn’t include a lot of people.
Kristina can be ruled out, she doesn’t have either bomb making experience or knowledge of the cameras’ blind spot, although she might know the make and model of the gun.
That would be because she took it from Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) safe, but she may not know the make and model, only what it looked like. However, it may also keep Sonny safe, but only because Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) melted down the murder weapon and its bullets-but the police don’t know that!
General Hospital Spoilers: Neither Sam McCall Nor The Police Divers Found The Gun
Neither Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) nor the police divers ever found the gun in the river, which begs further questions; if the gun is the real thing, who found it?
And why all the secrecy about leaving it for the police to find, faking a bomb scare as a distraction, why wouldn’t they just turn it in to the PCPD front desk? Those are Chase’s suspicious questions to Anna, and it is very puzzling; the gun is clean, no damage as well; Sonny has an alibi for that time period as does Jason.
Who could have faked the gun to get Alexis off and Kristina off the suspect radar-might it have been the instigator of the Corinthos coverup? Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has never been an angel, he might have learned a thing or two growing up in Sonny’s house!
