General Hospital Spoilers: Molly Keeps the Pressure on Anna, But It Won’t Come Without a Price
General Hospital spoilers report Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is desperate for help getting her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), out of prison. She doesn’t want to see her mom put away under any circumstance, but especially not for a crime she didn’t commit.
To add insult to injury, she just knows that her mom is only in Pentonville because she’s covering for her sister, Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi).
Molly’s pleading with Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is certainly going to pique Anna’s interest, but will Molly be desperate enough to leverage information Anna wants in exchange for chasing down evidence to protect Alexis?
General Hospital Spoilers — Molly Has Nowhere Left to Turn
Molly must have been pretty desperate to have waltzed into the police commissioner’s office and insisted she carry out further investigation when she has no evidence that warrants her doing so. Point blank, Molly knows better.
She understands how the law and police investigations work. She knows the evidence is pointed in the wrong direction, and perhaps Anna does, too, but the PCPD’s hands seem tied.
Will that leave Molly’s bound as well and incapable of helping her mother, or can her new pal Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) possibly intervene?
GH Spoilers Tease Anna is Still Focused on Sonny
While Anna might have sung one tune to Molly’s face, she certainly hasn’t forgotten her commitment to taking Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down should the evidence to do so present itself.
Of course, finding that evidence may become a whole lot easier if Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) manages to intervene — or even find the gun Alexis tossed off the footbridge — and make sure it gets into Anna’s hands.
Will freeing Alexis from all suspicion cast a light on Sonny that Jason can’t take back though? Will Anna agree to pivot the investigation away from him if Jason gives her what she needs to set Alexis free? It’s not likely that Molly would ever cosign that, but she gets no say. Regardless, Anna was right that Molly clearly wants Sonny to pay — and not just him.
General Hospital Spoilers — Is Kristina the Way Through?
Molly is bent on making her sister pay for what she feels she has done, too. She still blames Kristina for the death of her baby, Irene Marie Davis Ashford. She wants justice and believes it may offer her some kind of relief or peace if she gets it.
Chasing it down and attempting to shove it down Anna’s throat won’t get her far, but pushing for the focus to be on Sonny as Cates’ murderer isn’t going to help her in the family department either.
Will Molly make use of Kristina’s weakness for her father by pushing Anna to cast suspicion on him that will pressure Krsitina to confess to something she hasn’t done?
