General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 18, 2023 show a few arrivals and exits to know about this week in Port Charles, New York. Let’s get the bad news out of the way first: Adam Huss’ very brief return as Nikolas Cassadine is over.
He who was kept alive by Auston Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) was last seen with his rolling luggage and all the fake documents he needs to hightail it out of town. His destination? To make sure his mom Laura Collins (Genie Francis) knows he’s alive.
His motive isn’t exactly altruistic, he wants to make his aliveness known so that he doesn’t lose the Cassadine fortune. After six months of “death” he stands to lose out on his birthright and he is right to be worried as his spawn Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is ready to sign the legal paperwork.

Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt) is a rep for Pikeman and this week he once again shares scenes with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
GH spoilers: The week of September 18, 2023 Brings Back a Daytime Legend
Rena Sofer is back in her Daytime Emmy winning role (1995) as Lois Cerullo. Sofer’s last daytime role was Quinn Fuller on CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful, where she played the troublemaker from 2013 to 2022.
Lois returns to GH next month in October. It’s likely that she comes back to try and pull Neddie (Wally Kurth) out of his amnesia and back to reality. If anyone can bring out the soul and spirit of a man, it’s Lois!
Rena starred on GH from 1994 to 1996 and in 1997.

On a spectacular Friday Cliffhanger, fans saw Kassie DePaiva as her past One Life to Live character Blair Cramer. We last saw the actress on GH in March 2012, after ABC pulled the plug on OLTL.
She will continue this week starring opposite her partner in crime Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and her louse of an ex, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight).
