GH Star Steve Burton Dishes Tip On Self-Belief
General Hospital (GH) star, Jack Steve Burton plays the role of Jason Morgan on ABC. When he’s not hanging in the show with the family of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), the Indiana native does a lot of work on the side as a weight loss and mindset coach. This week, he gave some tips on self-belief.
GH Star Steve Burton Is Loved By ABC Fans
General Hospital fans are particularly fond of Steve because he’s been on the GH show for about three decades. Apart from a coronavirus break, he’s been a staple on the show. It’s the Christmas holiday season, and call it what you like, that’s not always a good time for everybody.
Steve Burton made himself a better man, not just on the daytime drama as ABC’s Jason Morgan, who was forced to work for the FBI, but as a coach who helps others. This week on Instagram, his message resonated with a lot of people.
Steve Burton Inspires With Self-Belief Tip
GH fans who follow the real-life Jason Morgan saw that he dished a particularly helpful tip for the holiday season. Those who have little self-confidence, or feel alone or down about their lives can kickstart their mental well-being if they believe in themselves, he said.
In his caption, Steve Burton wrote:
Most of us definitely keep our word to other people before we keep our word to ourselves. Start keeping your word to you and watch what happens. I’ve seen people completely change their lives…literally. Going from zero self belief to a new person. So inspiring. The first tip I have is to pick a wake up time and stick to it.
It might seem like a very small thing to do, but he added that if you stick with it, “small wins matter,” and in fact, can “build a foundation that will change everything.”
ABC Fans React In The Comments
Steve Burton found a lot of General Hospital fans who liked being assured that self-belief is possible, and is “greater than any obstacle.” Another cast member, Finola Hughes also liked the post. saying, “Agreed 👍🏻”
