General Hospital (GH) star Maurice Benard seems like a sweet man when he’s offscreen and not acting the role of Sonny Corinthos on the ABC show. This week, he gave Lisa Locicero a special shout-out because he feels that his co-star, who acts as Olivia Quartermaine, is like family to him. Read on for more information.

On the daytime drama, Lisa Quartermaine and Sonny Corinthos go back a long way, although their relationship is a bit complex. She hated his crime boss lifestyle, and they secretly fathered Dante Falconeri together.
In real life, there are no such secrets that need guarding as far as ABC fans can tell. And, they seem to be good friends. This week, Maurice Benard took to Instagram and gave Lisa Locicero a very sweet shout-out.
Maurice, who so often talked about his depression and anxiety, can certainly use a friend like Lisa because he said that she’s like “family” to him. His reel showed them arm in arm and laughing together.
In his caption, the GH star said, “@generalhospitalabc is truly like my second family. Many of us have been there ages. 😎 it is the greatest job anywhere. @locicero_lisa is [a] great friend. 🌹”
