General Hospital’s Josslyn Jacks Is Full Of Fake Drama And Angst

General Hospital spoilers reveal Josslyn continuing to hate Sonny while thinking she is in some kind of forbidden romance that does not exist.

General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jax And Dex Heller Are Not Star-Crossed

Perhaps Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has read too many romance novels, watched too many soap operas, and didn’t like her BFF Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) falling for a guy who was supposed to be taboo. Josslyn seems to want her relationship with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to be the same thing, but it’s not.

Sure, she fell for him when she was still dating Cameron Webber (William Lipton), so in that way, there was a bit of a daring and forbidden nature to the whole relationship, but once Cameron was out of the picture, she seemed to just need drama. So, she manufactured this idea in her head that she was important enough to her former stepfather that he would care that she is dating one of his employees.

It turned out Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) knew all along and didn’t care. As Sonny told them, he is not the romance police and as long as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)didn’t care, he was fine with whatever Josslyn chose to do with her love life.

General Hospital Updates – Josslyn Jax Needs To Let Go Of The Drama

So, Joss and Dex were free to go public with their relationship, but things were not dramatic enough for Josslyn. She soon convinced herself that Dex would have to work for Sonny for life since Michael Corinthos decided to not turn the man in thanks to Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) request. This prompted Josslyn to ask Sonny to fire Dex and he was fine with that, as long as Dex was the one to ask.

Josslyn ignored that advice and decided that Dex was still stuck working for Sonny despite Sonny saying the opposite. She seems to need the faux drama in order to breathe. She even lied to Carly in front of Sonny’s face that he refused to do the favor she asked for a friend. Sonny set Carly straight and even Carly essentially told Josslyn that Sonny was right and she needed to get over herself.

Be happy Joss. You have a boyfriend who can get out of the mob and you don’t have to sneak around. If you can’t embrace that, at least stop blaming Sonny for all your problems. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see if Josslyn can accept having a normal life.
