General Hospital’s Eden McCoy Talks Josslyn’s New ‘Romance’ With Dex

General Hospital spoilers tease Josslyn becoming more attached to Dex Heller, that man who is working for Sonny but only because he is really working or Michael. It’s a different kind of story for Eden McCoy to play but she’s loving it.

General Hospital’s Josslyn In A Grown Up Romance

We have watched Eden McCoy’s Josslyn Jacks grow up before our eyes since she first appeared as a pre-adolescent Joss in 2015. We endured her first romance with the ill-fated Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt), who died of a brain tumor. We watched her grief and then were happy for her when she sweetly fell for Cameron Webber, a boy she had known since childhood.

However, there’s always been that rebellious streak in Joss that comes from her mother, Carly (Laura Wright), who is searching for a new last name at the moment. While it was painful to watch Joss and Cam go through the humiliation of having their first time in bed filmed behind their back and then released onto the internet, we also knew that could very well spell the beginning of the end of Joss and Cam’s relationship.

They might still be together, but clearly, another slightly older man has caught Joss’ roving eye.

Eden McCoy Explains Joss’ New Journey

While McCoy has been playing scenes with William Lipton as Cameron for years, she gets to try new things with Evan Hofer’s Dex and is enjoying the challenge.

“We just started working together so everything is still pretty new, but he’s really great and the material we’ve had is fun. It’s all about reading in between the lines with him and it’s a matter of working together to bring out that chemistry and the mystery of what both of the characters are both feeling, because they’re in a complicated situation,” McCoy told Soap Opera Digest.

“It’s fun to try to find those moments and those beats to play that aren’t necessarily written down. He’s so respectful, a total professional, and he gets along with everybody on set. I couldn’t ask for a better new scene partner. There’s definitely a physical attraction there, but there are so many reasons that it can’t happen, and I think those kinds of stories are almost the most interesting to watch.”

So, what happens to Cam if Josslyn just decides she is ready to move on? Stay tuned to General Hospital to find out.
