General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was kidnapped this week, unbeknownst to anyone in her orbit, and GH fans are running wild with speculation on where she is, who kidnapped her, and what happens to the ex-superspy next.
What’s Happened To Anna Devane?
During the Wednesday, November 5 episode, Anna had just finished having a conversation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in her office at the PCPD about this sneaking suspicion that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) could be alive.
After all, his two thought-to-be-dead children, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Theibaud) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), appeared in the little town, very much alive, within weeks of each other.
Anna pointed out that much like Nathan, Cesar was shot, but the very person who shot him, Jason, countered that there was no way that Cesar could’ve survived the shooting, due to his age and Huntington’s condition (unlike Nathan, who was a young and healthy cop).
Jason believed someone was gaslighting Anna into believing Cesar “could be alive”, and as she hopped into her car after her workday, someone came from behind, chloroformed her, and the next thing she knew, she was locked in a warehouse/prison-like room.
An eerie voice, that sounded like Faison, came across an intercom at that moment, telling Anna she should be at peace since she was headed to a new life, as the woman screamed, “NO!”
To add more intrigue, Anna (who’s clearly not Anna) called Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) during the Thursday, November 6 episode, so whoever has Devane is clearly using AI to simulate voices for their plan.
GH Fans Speculate
On the social media platform, Reddit, r/CDLEntertainmentTV posted the question, “Who Has Anna?” and GH fans didn’t hesitate to chime in!
One fan speculated it was Grant Putnam (Brian Patrick Clarke), a character from the ‘80s who had a rivalry with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and had kidnapped Anna in the past.
Another GH viewer pointed out that it may be Anna’s evil twin, Alex Devane (Finola Hughes). In addition, many pointed to Nathan, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), or Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard).
However, someone had an interesting theory that it may be Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who somehow has Faison’s brain now, transplanted from the jar. Now that Pascal (Mark Forget) has returned, he could be a culprit, too.
