General Hospital weekly spoilers for September 22-26, 2025, reveal a town in mourning…and in shock.
The End of an Era
News of Dr. Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) death starts to spread throughout town, but watching Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) mourn Monica is hard, considering how much they tortured that woman through the years.
But, GH likes to pretend all of that never happened and now Sonny and Carly are even guests in Monica’s house.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) does her best to comfort Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) as she remembers her teenage years growing up in Monica’s house.
By the end of the week, Port Charles residents gather to say goodbye to Monica during two episodes of flashbacks, tributes, and memories.
A surprise guest also arrives who is rumored to be Monica’s sister played by One Life to Live icon Erika Slezak.
A Curious Patient
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) are shocked when a patient is brought into the ER who looks exactly like the allegedly late Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
When Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is shook, does she also see the patient who looks just like her brother? Did she expect him?
Britt decides to keep something to herself, she feels guilty. Does she realize she needs to tell her mother what is really going on but can’t bring herself to do it? It’s not like Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is talking to her anyway.
Other Port Charles Happenings
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) continues to bark orders at people, so Monica’s death clearly hasn’t mellow him much.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has questions for Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) about Jordan’s relationship with her dad. Later, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) seeks out Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).
Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) confides in Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grhan), but does Alexis confide in Molly that she has Molly’s father chained to a gurney in her basement with a ball gag in his mouth?
Felicia Jones Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) continues to worry about James West (Gary James Fuller) as he misses his mom more and more. And finally, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) makes a mysterious phone call.
