General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Mayoral Mayhem, Britt’s Big Secret, Michael’s Games

General Hospital weekly spoilers for November 17-21, 2025, reveal a big Port Charles election, the walls closing in on Britt, and Michael’s new romance.

General Hospital Spoilers: The Results Are In

Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) might have blown off her big debate for the sake of her grandson, but that doesn’t mean she wants to lose the mayoral race. She loves her job, but most of all, she loves Port Charles.

Laura knows that Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) would do terrible things to her beloved city because he is a terrible person.

Port Charles citizens remain on the edge of their seats as the results come in, and there are some big surprises in store. Does Laura get to keep her job? Does Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) get to keep his piers? Does Laura’s shocking discovery at the end of the week have to do with the election?

Britt Goes To Battle

After Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) was carted off to a cell, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) knew she had to do something. This week, Britt faces off with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) about the break-in at the lab, as Britt is sure Emma was somehow involved.

When Britt issues an ultimatum, is it to Emma, Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard), or Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)?

By the end of the week, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has had enough and grills Britt about what’s really been going on since she faked her own death nearly three years ago. Will Britt finally come clean?

Who Shot Drew?

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) seems to think Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) is his key to making sure Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) goes to prison, and he does not. To that end, Michael is seen with Jacinda in public again and introduces her to Sonny.

Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has some big news for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about Willow’s case. Did he find that Jacinda really was with someone else that night, even if she told Michael that she wasn’t?

And finally, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) tells Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) she wants to come clean about the night of Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Will he talk her out of it?
