General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Kristina’s Fateful Mistake, Drew’s Dirty Deeds

General Hospital weekly spoilers for March 31 – April 4, 2025, tease a horrible accident that will change lives forever.

General Hospital Spoilers: Who Lives? Who Dies?

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is horrified when she sees the crash that she caused with her crazy mind and her recklessness. It turned out that she didn’t cut the brakes on Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) car after all.

She cut Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) brakes and he was in the car with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst).

Kristina can’t believe the condition Ric is in. He has a serious head injury and Kristina realizes that she could have killed her sister’s father.

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is also beside himself when he comes upon the scene and sees that Elizabeth has also been injured. Will he figure out that Kristina was the one behind this? Will he cover for his boss and friend?

Does Drew Lose Out?

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) feels betrayed when things don’t go quite as planned at the Quartermaine crypt. Drew might have to accept that he lost this round and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has emerged victorious. Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruener) is still determined to expose Drew for who he is, while championing every cause that Drew is against.

By the end of the week, Drew has another battle with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has also had enough of Drew, and she finally puts her foot down.

Other Port Charles Happenings

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) reach an impasse. Things are awkward with them as they can’t seem to agree on anything, especially Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) also learns her fate this week. Will she emerge a full-fledged WSB agent?

Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) issues a warning to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who also has a run-in with his ex-wife, Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue). Sasha will also share a warm moment with Jason.

Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) interviews a new attorney in town for her practice. Will this make Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Natalia very happy?

And finally, GH dedicates a new cardiac care center to former chief of staff Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) as the show celebrates its 62nd year on the air.
