General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Dead Bodies, Risky Moves, and Surprise Encounters

General Hospital weekly spoilers for September 1-5, 2025, tease a confession, a shocking question, and a romantic surprise.

A Dead Judge…Or Someone Else…

Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) are shocked when they see a dead body floating in the river. It turns out to be Judge Heron, which means that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) got to her before Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) did. However, spoilers tease a shocking act of violence in Port Charles.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are called to the scene of a crime. Is it this crime, or does someone finally do in Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?

The anvils were dropping like crazy last week, telling us that Drew wasn’t long for this soap opera world. Everyone has been threatening his life, and with good reason.

Sonny Corinthos is also forced to deliver grim news when word of this crime spreads throughout Port Charles.

But What Dumb Willow?

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has pretty much lost her mind, but Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) hasn’t figured that out yet and advocates for her with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Will Carly get Liz to see that Willow is not some to be defending right now?

Later in the week, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) makes a risky move to help Willow. Does she tell Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) that she suspects that Willow was the one stalking Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy? She might have to throw Willow under the bus to get her out of a bad situation. When Michael gets new info, he has to decide what to do with it.

Over In Croatia

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is stunned to open a locked room and find Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) all tied up. But, all she can do is run away and go after that burner phone. She calls Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), but does he come running?

Probably, as he gets the shock of his life by the end of the week. Will Jason discover that his goddaughter is a WSB agent? Will he wonder how on Earth someone would think that was a good idea?

Tune in to all-new episodes of General Hospital weekdays on ABC to see how these stories play out.
