General Hospital (GH) star Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and his foodie wife, Michelle, recently announced a special initiative they are working on via social media. Read more to learn about what the duo is up to.
The Burtons Working Together
Steve and Michelle said their “I do’s” this past May and seem so much in love. With Steve, a life and wellness coach (in addition to being a soap actor), and Michelle, a foodie master chef (and social media influencer), it only makes sense that they could bring both of these passions together to create a special new project.
Steve hopped on IG to announce what he and his wife are working on: a program to help his fans and followers get healthy!
He uploaded a video explaining “The Reset & Rise Challenge with Steve & Michelle Burton.”
In the Instagram caption, Burton writes, “Starts 10/6. Grab your spot. Are you ready to reset your body, recharge your mind, and rise into the healthiest version of yourself?”
He adds, “For 21 days, we’ll guide you step by step with tools, coaching, and accountability that actually last.”
The post goes on to talk about a ‘Food 101 Zoom’, meal planning and prep (as well as a ‘Recipe of the Day’, plus three weekly live Q&A chats and check-ins, workouts for every level, and so much more.
Burton emphasized, “This isn’t just another diet or fitness plan.”

Burton explains in the video that the three-week program starts on October 6. He and Michelle will provide recipes, coaching, and accountability to make sure this positive lifestyle change sticks.
In the video, Michelle notes she lost 13 pounds when she changed some habits, and relayed the idea of eating well, without missing out.
In addition, Michelle and Steve will lead workshops to get those in the program on track and stay there. There will also be differing workout levels to customize sessions to every program users’ needs and goals.
