Of course, we are talking about Willow Tate (Katelynn MacMullen) as it seems like there are more fans who are checking out from her storylines. That’s because they believe the character is having a hard time being relatable.

There are even a lot of complaints that say Willow has become too shallow and there isn’t much depth to her.

Sure, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) might be controlling her life right now, but she’s got to start making some independent decisions on her own, right?

It goes without saying that General Hospital fans on the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “Once upon a time, Willow was hot and interesting. Now she’s a nightmare. Like most of you say, maybe it is Drew.”

“But I think we need some time away from Willow. I don’t want her to leave, but I need to not see her. It isn’t a direction that leads to meaningful dialogue.”

What’s Next For Willow?

Another critic wrote, “Over the years now, I grew to notice Willow isn’t really her own character… she’s a plot device for other characters’ stories.”

“She doesn’t have much going on. She’s quite shallow… meaning, there’s no depth to who she is as a character. I can’t really latch onto anything.”’

And then there was this comment as well: “I’m tired of Willow as well. Just stay away from Drew and pretend to be a responsible decent parent, get a roof over your head, act like an ADULT!”

“The hearing is so close but instead she’s out here worrying about Michael’s power and throwing in with Drew despite knowing he’s garbage and will play dirty.”
