General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) may not have thought things through before she sprang into action to assess Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) injuries and treat him accordingly.
Stitching him up in the boathouse, she didn’t think twice about her duty to treat him like she would any other patient. But she also didn’t think twice when she stole antibiotics from the hospital pharmacy — an act that nearly got her pinched. Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) saved the day this time around, but it’s going to weigh on Willow that she broke the law and jeopardized her career for Jason.
He may be an integral part of Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) life, but Willow isn’t quite as attached to him. Will that change, or will this experience instead change the way she feels about Michael and the baggage he brought into their marriage with him?
General Hospital Spoilers — A Close Call
Overhearing Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) speaking to Federal Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington), the reality of what she had done — and was doing — started to set in for Willow.
Assisting and hiding a fugitive wanted by the FBI was never in her life plan. But nearly being caught for stealing meds from the hospital was a whole new level of fear she wasn’t prepared for.
Willow was never cut from the same cloth as the Corinthos or Quartermaine family. Arbitrage, animosity, and aiding and abetting criminals aren’t naturally in her skill set. This isn’t who Willow wants to be.
GH Spoilers Hint Michael’s Experience Doesn’t Convey to Willow
Michael was adamant that he was going to help Jason, no matter what. He needed Willow on his side to walk through this with him. But we’re not very clear on just how well that went over with his wifey.
After all, the next time we saw Michael, he was telling Jason he needed to leave the Quartermaine grounds. Still willing to give him the assist to disappear, Michael may have had Willow’s support in doing so, but he couldn’t continue to involve her any more than he already had.
Remember, it was Michael who pulled Willow into this when he realized Jason needed medical care. Despite her big heart, Willow doesn’t have the family ties to Jason built on years of trust and reciprocal favors that Michael does, and hearing about them doesn’t instill her with the same sense of duty to help him as it does for Michael.
General Hospital Spoilers — For Better or for Worse?
Willow has married Michael two times now. She was also married to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). She knows a thing or two about what this commitment means, but we shouldn’t forget that two of those marriages have been fraudulent.
She entered into them with specific intentions and left them once those goals were reached, more or less. While she believed she was marrying Michael for real this time to spend the rest of her life with him, she may be on the brink of realizing this is not the life she wants.
Being tangled up with the mob, shootings in her family, and becoming a criminal because of her ties to them is a far cry from the happily ever after Willow had planned.
Will she ride this out, or might she cut her losses before Michael’s affiliations with the criminal world can further harm her and her children? Keep checking back with us for more General Hospital news and spoilers to see how this plays out.
