General Hospital Spoilers: Will Sam and Jason Mend Fences Just in Time for Her Untimely Death?
General Hospital spoilers reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) had a rather touching moment last week as they bumped into one another by the GH elevators — a prime impromptu meeting spot in town.
Clearing the air was the least Sam could do to alleviate the guilt she was feeling about overreacting to Jason going to Africa to rescue Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).
Of course, it’s easy in hindsight for her to claim she did, now that he’s back in Port Chuck and safe. But truth be told, she should’ve known better that this wasn’t necessarily Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) doing. It is indeed in the fabric of Jason’s being for him to want to help where he can.
Will this new wave of understanding that blanketed over this former couple last long enough for Sam’s impending death to leave Jason with some semblance of peace?
General Hospital Spoilers — Danny is No Longer a Point of Contention
Ever since Jason came back from the “dead,” Sam has been hesitant to let him have any sort of relationship with their son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
But as the months have worn on, and Danny has taken matters into his own hands a few times by going to see his dad behind his mom’s back, Sam has relinquished some of that control.
Recognizing that Jason is a threat to Danny’s safety, but that also not knowing his father is a threat to his well being, has helped her to put things into perspective.
GH Spoilers Hint Sam Sees the Light
Once upon a time, Sam loved Jason more than life itself. She wanted a family with him. It was her who changed, not him. She may finally be coming into her own and starting to realize she needs to stop blaming him for being so darn consistent.
He didn’t change the rules on her, and he was gracious enough to allow her to change the rules for all of them when she asked for a divorce and wanted to banish him from his child’s life.
Jason is more amenable than she has ever been. Perhaps she sees that now and is ready to give him some grace, just in time for her to see herself out.
General Hospital Spoilers — Jason is Changed Forever
Sam’s death is certain to leave scars on Jason’s heart that will never heal. Will Carly be there to help him recover? Will we see more emotion than we’re used to seeing from Jason?
If anything calls for some teary eyes from this guy, it’s the death of his son’s mother, right? We are expecting a serious montage of their budding relationship, impromptu elopement, and shared memories before we say goodbye to Sam.
