Carly is embroiled in more than one front burner storyline so it’s a curious time to talk about her leaving town. For one thing, she has vowed revenge on her ex Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). That’s because he cheated with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) who is married to Carly’s son, Micheal Corinthos (Chad Duell).

For what it’s worth, it’s been confirmed that Duell is leaving the show.

To be clear, this line of thought is speculation at this point. Neither the show nor Wright have indicated that Carly is leaving the soap. Furthermore, she is toying around with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure), going so far as to invite him to her family’s Christmas party.
