Just when it looks like Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is about to have a come-to-Jesus moment, she backpedals.

She has systematically blown up her marriage and her family life with Michael Corinthos, in favor of shacking up with his devious uncle, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Everyone around her keeps trying to get Willow to open her eyes and believe what is right in front of them, and every time she instead ends up defending Drew.

General Hospital Spoilers: Willow’s Defense Of Drew Is More About Herself Than It Is About Him

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) hit the nail on the head when she suggested that her daughter can’t believe that she could have made such a grand mistake, so she has to defend the congressman at every turn.

She has turned her entire life upside down in order to be with him and has fought for him in every single conversation, her judgment couldn’t possibly be that bad, could it?

That is precisely what Willow is struggling with, not that he is perfect, but that she has to be viewed as perfect. Unfortunately for her, no one is buying it.

Everyone sees Drew for the dirtbag that he is, and Willow as the stupid woman who is being led by her nose.

General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Has To Believe That Drew Is A Victim In Every Scenario

To hear Willow and Drew tell it, everyone is out to get him. Sure, we know that he was set up and drugged, but for Willow to jump to that conclusion was a bit desperate. U.S.

Congressman have often been caught on camera with hookers after partying a little too hard. It’s a stereotype that exists for a reason. Willow said that he never partakes in anything around her, which would be all the more reason for a disastrous night like the one that he had to happen.

Instead, Willow is about to blame anyone and everyone else for Drew’s downfall. He may not have willingly taken the Ketamine, but he has done all the other awful things that he has been accused of leading up to this point.

Just last week, Drew paid off the woman at the front desk of the clinic where Michael is recovering. As Willow flew to Germany in an attempt to have a real conversation with her still-husband, Drew sabotaged it. Eventually, karma does come back around.
