General Hospital Spoilers: Truth Behind Martin’s Frame Job On Drew, Can Ronnie Be Trusted?
General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) could set up Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) for tampering with Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will.
However, the question remains: will Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) cooperate with him, considering how she’s recently found out how Drew and Martin really are?
Martin Was The One Who Pressured Ronnie Into Selling The Mansion To Drew
When Martin pressured Ronnie into selling the Quartermaine mansion to Drew, he claimed he had kept his own hands clean.
Martin threatened to completely blame Ronnie for the fraud and frightened her with discussions of a potential prison sentence. However, once Monica’s original will is found, Martin might consider framing someone else.
That will is actually in a box that Tracy sent to Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) residence, so this plot is progressing swiftly. If Martin puts the blame on Ronnie, she could retaliate with accusations against him and persuade everyone that he was involved in the scheme.
There May Not Be A Way To Prove Martin’s Manipulation, But Ronnie Could Still Strike Back
While there may not be solid proof of Martin’s manipulation, Ronnie still has the power to ruin his reputation and label him a social outcast.
It might be wiser for Martin to shift the blame onto Drew, as he is universally disliked and people would assume he is capable of such a trick. Since Drew has been entirely excluded from the will, Martin could portray the situation as Drew using Ronnie as a pawn in his scheme for revenge.
No one would take seriously the idea that Monica bequeathed the Quartermaine mansion to Drew, allowing Martin to claim that Drew cleverly deceived Ronnie to achieve his goals. Martin could propose that Drew’s ultimate strategy was to persuade Ronnie to sell him the house once it was widely believed to belong to her.
Perhaps Martin Will Bring Up Ronnie’s Letter He Found In Drew’s House
Martin might mention finding Ronnie’s letter at Drew’s place, acting like everything fits; however, if he blames Drew, there could be issues for him.
Ronnie feels guilty about this situation and may clarify things, regardless of Martin’s wishes-as Drew’s attorney, Martin will face suspicion and could be accused of aiding him. This would create challenges if he tries to frame his client, still, Martin may feel desperate when cornered, he might attempt to blame Drew to save himself.
This plan may not last long, but it’s amusing to think of both Drew and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) being framed for crimes! General Hospital spoilers indicate Martin will be in a rush when Monica’s true will is revealed, so stay tuned for his next moves after that news disrupts everything.
