General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Follows a Hunch — Will It Lead Her to Stella?
General Hospital spoilers hint Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) thinks she’s onto something, but she won’t dare speak of it until she gets a better assessment of what’s going on with her family. She wasn’t all that puzzled about Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) initial curiosity about the genealogy research she did for a high school project during her senior year.
However, now that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) has also sparked some interest in it, Trina has to wonder if there’s a connection. Furthermore, Stella seemed all too rattled by learning that Jordan was asking Trina questions at all. When Trina and Stella then walked in on Jordan and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) arguing about something, Trina couldn’t help but wonder what was going on with the women in her family and if it wasn’t all about the “the family.”
General Hospital Spoilers — Trina’s Mystery Match is Still Out There
When Trina first found out she matched with someone on the genealogy website she was using to research her family ancestry, it freaked her out a bit. She wasn’t ready to discover who she might be related to, and she definitely assumed it was a more distant relative — since she knows all of her immediate family.
Now that she’s heard about Stella’s story of meeting her cousin Wanda, and how much fun they’ve been having learning how alike they are, Trina is thinking it may not be a bad idea to find out who that mystery match was. Besides, maybe it’s something everyone wants to hide from her. Does she have a sibling she doesn’t know about or something?
GH Spoilers Say This Daughter is Tired of Being Treated Like a Child
We’ve seen the same recurring theme play out for Trina the last couple of years with her mother. She is the typical teen and thinks she knows it all, but her well-intentioned mother who is trying to look out for her daughter thinks she knows better.
Maybe she does most of the time, but that doesn’t make it any easier for Trina to digest when she just wants control of her own life and approval from her parents over her decisions — no matter how reckless. When Trina mentions that she has joined the same ancestry website again in hopes of tracking down the relative she matched with, Portia’s rattled response is going to leave Trina even more curious to find out who lurks behind that online identity tag.
General Hospital Spoilers — The Truth Comes Out at the Most Inopportune Time
As Trina waits to hear from customer service on the genealogy website, she will put it out of her mind and hope she can reactivate her account without having to take another DNA test. Her life is otherwise busy right now. She’s helping Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) with his upcoming custody battle, and she’s preparing for her mom’s wedding to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
The last thing she’s expecting is to find out who her match is on the very day they say I do. When it turns out she is matched with Stella, it won’t take but a moment for her to recognize how.
