General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was at Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) side even before she was transferred to GH.
While the rest of her family and friends pray for a lifesaving miracle and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) prepares to be tested, Cyrus has his own idea of ending her pain.

Cyrus was reading Bible passages to Lulu when she was still in the care center in New York, where the latest innovations in comatose patient care were being used.
But now, the situation has changed-the many years of many medications administered to Lulu have ruined her liver over time, and now she needs a transplant.
Cyrus knows that he has to change up his game to help Lulu, because with Lucky’s past drugging and drinking he may not be the miracle donor they’d hoped.
Cyrus already got tested and wasn’t compatible, and likely Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) who’s returned to town has too.
All of her relatives have, except her children-they wouldn’t think of Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) or Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) being tested, besides, she’s on the run with her dad!
