General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Forces Gladys To Leave Town!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has worn out her welcome in Port Charles. When she first came to Port Charles, Gladys was certainly clear that she wanted money and lots of it. Her cousin, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) put up with Gladys’ antics up to a point, but he also made it very clear when he had enough. When Gladys’ believed dead son Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) showed up alive and well, Gladys began to soften.

Brando became romantically involved with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Gladys did not approve in the beginning. But once Sasha became pregnant, she and Gladys began to get along better Gladys shared Sasha’s grief when the baby, and then later Brando himself died. And when Sasha had some legal issues, Gladys stepped up as Sasha’s conservator. But that’s when Gladys began to revert to form.

GH Spoilers – Gladys Corbin began spending Sasha Gilmore’s money!

Selina Wu (Lydia Look) invited Gladys to attend the high stakes poker games she holds in the back room at the Savoy. Gladys soon found herself in debt to Selina. She sold Brando’s garage to Wu although she didn’t tell Sasha the reasoning behind it. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) knows that Gladys is spending Sasha’s money to cover her debts so Gladys framed Cody for stealing a valuable bracelet at the Nurses Ball to discredit him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Gladys Corbin’s lies are catching up to her!

Once Sonny gets wind of Gladys’ debt and her actions to hide it, he will certainly take action. First, he will likely enlist Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennessy) to have Sasha’s conservatorship removed. He will likely pay the remaining debt owed to Selina but in exchange Gladys will have to leave Port Charles. Gladys will likely leave with no more than she arrived with. Then Sonny will turn his attention to Wu for targeting a member of his family. A new mob war might very well be on the horizon.
