General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of March 30, 2026. It shows Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) facing off with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) work together. Plus, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) wakes up. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

One Man’s Warning

Let’s start from the beginning of the preview clip. First up, we have an unidentified male voice giving a warning. While he isn’t seen in this part of the preview clip, his voice can be heard. The man tells someone that Sidwell’s son being murdered has changed everything.

Jenz Sidwell’s Face-Off

At Wydnemere, a giant photo of Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) is displayed as people get ready to say goodbye. Sonny and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) show up at the door. As the door stays open, Sidwell glares at Sonny while Ric watches.

Then, we hear Sidwell telling someone that Marco’s killer will be brought to justice. Of course, Sidwell just wants Sonny to take the blame for it.

It should also be noted that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is also at Wynderemere during the face-off.

Carly Spencer’s Rage

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 30 reveal that the preview clip also features Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) with Brennan. The blonde yells, “You wanna help me? Why did Jason Morgan [Steve Morgan] shoot Cullum?”

Brad Cooper’s Mission

Over at the hospital, Brad and Britt have a hushed conversation. Britt tells him that he’s obviously protecting someone. They decide it’s up to them to figure out who.

Ross Cullum Wakes Up

There is also Cullum, who wakes up and talks to a doctor. The doctor asks the patient if he remembers who shot him. Will he remember, or could he blame someone else? When Cullum first opened his eyes, he saw Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). While she wasn’t on the pier that night, Cullum might think it was her.

Also, as a doctor questions Cullum about his shooting, Josslyn watches from a window outside the patient’s room.

While Josslyn thinks Cullum needs to be eliminated, his waking up complicates things. Will Josslyn and Britt follow through with the plan, or could there be another unexpected twist?
