General Hospital Spoilers: Shocking Revelations, Serious Talks, Stunning Truths

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, January 27-Friday, January 31 tease shocking revelations, serious talks, and stunning truths.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) receives a shocking revelation, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has a serious talk, and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) reels from a stunning truth!

General Hospital Spoilers: Shocking Revelations

Chase is at the Quartermaine gatehouse having a conversation with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) when he receives a text on his phone announcing that his test results have arrived.

Previously, he and Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) had undergone fertility testing with Dr. Frida Navarro (Christina Ferraro) the week before and were waiting on those results.

It seems these results are what he’s alluding to, and curious to understand them better, Willow takes his phone, confident that her medical background will help her interpret the findings.

However, an unexpected turn of events takes place as Willow’s expression shifts from optimism to worry; concerned, Chase asks her what’s wrong.

Could it be that the fertility issue lies with Chase rather than Brook Lynn, as she had feared; that would be a shocking revelation indeed for Chase!

GH Spoilers: Serious Talks

Elsewhere, a heartfelt conversation unfolds between a mother and daughter as Laura engages Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) in a discussion about her ex-husband, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

In a serious talk, Laura probes Lulu’s emotions, asking, “You’re still in love with Dante, aren’t you?” This prompts a flashback of a moment between Lulu and Dante, seemingly near a staircase in the hospital-although Lulu doesn’t verbally respond, her lips move, revealing her shock at her mother’s question.

The last words she shared with him before her coma were declarations of love, she’d whispered them, and she passed out and he caught her.

They were in the GH chapel after the Floating Rib explosion, where she sustained a head injury and ignored her symptoms following the death of her boyfriend, Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson).

General Hospital Spoilers: Stunning Truths

Lulu and Chase aren’t the only residents of Port Charles caught off guard this week. In Dr. Portia Robinson’s office, Alexis and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) are facing some stunning truths.

As the investigation into the digitalis poisonings continues, Portia has some heartbreaking news to share—though Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) isn’t present in this scene, she will soon learn the truth also.

Alexis is left in shock, while Molly is equally taken aback when Portia reveals the circumstances surrounding Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death. Portia clarifies that Sam’s death was no accident; it was a deliberate act; Alexis, visibly shaken, seeks confirmation, asking Portia, “Someone murdered my daughter?”
